Do you know how to motivate teams, solve problems quickly, and keep production running safely and efficiently? If so, we want you on our team. We are looking for a Production Supervisor who is ready to step in, lead from the front, and make an immediate impact. This is an exciting opportunity to join a great company where your leadership matters, your ideas are valued, and your success is recognized.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you are a <strong>Production Supervisor</strong> who can:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Help guide others to meet production and quality needs in a safe manner</li>\n <li>Conduct Root Cause Analysis for scrap, downtime, or other processes</li>\n <li>Ensure proper record keeping of shift activities through auditing </li>\n <li>Create a team friendly environment</li>\n <li>Assist in scheduling production</li>\n <li>Supervise a crew of 3-10 Furnace Operators/Assistants</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Then you will be the perfect <strong>Production Supervisor</strong> candidate for Real Alloy.
