This is a high-impact role at the intersection of due diligence, institutional knowledge building, value creation planning, and hands-on execution across Norvestor's portfolio of 35+ companies. <br><br>You will drive structured digital value creation initiatives across the portfolio, ensuring that digitalisation opportunities identified during due diligence are translated into structured, executable must-wins, shaped by the Norvestor shareholder agenda and playbooks. You will work closely with investment professionals and portfolio company management teams to embed digital priorities into the investment agenda from deal sourcing and due diligence through to exit. In parallel, you will work with internal Norvestor digitalisation and process improvements, including our new AI implementations and data structuring together with the internal tech team, to continuously improve how Norvestor operates. <br><br> This is a hands-on role. You will work across the full investment lifecycle, from pre-deal digital assessment through to post-close value creation, industrializing our know-how, playbooks, and structures that drive acceleration and measurable value.<br><br><strong>Who You Are</strong><br>You are structured and analytical, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
