Job Purpose: This position will be responsible for driving sales and profitability for identified territories & customer Responsibilities Sales Support Executive Sales Support and Customer Engagement Liaison between the sales, logistics and finance departments to guarantee smooth sales operations Maintain and build upon relationships with existing clients and new customer acquisition Support sales team and manage back-end operations Contract Management Manage IRM and deal portal Seek approvals (as per DOA) for deviation to standard contracts Data / MIS Reporting and System Update Design and generate regular sales reports for internal stakeholders to inform on performance metrics Analyse sales data and forecast reports, providing insights for sales strategy optimization Maintain multiple databases such as branch performance, customer data, inventory, customer satisfaction and perform analysis as required Ensure accuracy of data on a real-time basis in the systems Digitisation and Automation Support comprehensive digitization strategies to optimise operational efficiency Innovate and implement automation solutions to support overall organisational goals/strategy Key Stakeholders Internal: Branch Head Commercial Logistics Finance Trader Key Stakeholders External: Customers Qualifications Education Qualification: Post Graduate in any relevant field Work Experience (Range of years): 0-4 years of experience
