additionally, understands how to shift manual transmission engines, control the steering wheel, operate the brake and accelerator pedals, and is able to back and park a tractor-trailer unit per safety&nbsp;expectations</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:13px;\">Performs all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures, and complies with all federal, state and local regulations for the secure and safe operation of a commercial motor vehicle, equipment and cargo;
