Utility systems for facility and building related items. &nbsp; This could involve electrical, electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics systems. Clearly record results, and recommendations or changes if needed on PM generated work order documents.&nbsp;</li><li>Recognize and perform machine adjustments to the various machine systems, operational interlocks, sensors, energy systems isolations, and other ancillary inputs to machine controls according to Company safety procedures.</li><li>Analyze and determine corrective actions or repairs based on operational and trouble messages provided by Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) Display Monitors, CNC control panels or other similar display panels.</li><li>Maintain certifications for calibrated equipment, maintenance documentation, machine history, and all other appropriate documentation for production equipment.</li><li>Analyze and determine necessary repairs or improvements on facility and building related supporting systems, including industrial electrical, pneumatics, plumbing, HVAC, lighting systems, structural components.</li><li>Assist engineering with installation, testing, application designs, modifications and validation of new production equipment.</li><li>Possess the knowledge and ability to participate as a member of facility project teams.
