Description
As a Materials Associate, you will play a key role in the movement and management of materials within the organization. You’ll handle incoming and outgoing shipments, perform data entry, conduct routine vehicle checks, and assist with mail distribution. This position demands reliability, clear communication, and the ability to work in varied environments including indoor and outdoor settings.
NOTE: This position is considered safety-sensitive and is subject to pre-employment and random drug testing. Please note that a positive drug test result, including for marijuana, may result in a job offer being rescinded for applicants or termination of employment for current employees, even if they possess a valid medical marijuana license.
Responsibilities
Receive, stock, and deliver materials upon request Handle full carts and manually lift and stack materials Perform accurate data entry related to inventory and shipments Conduct routine maintenance checks on fleet vehicles Sort, deliver, and pick up mail regularly Ensure accuracy in quantity, quality, and documentation of materials
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Box truck or large truck driving experience required Valid forklift license required Strong written and verbal communication skills Valid driver’s license required Ability to obtain and maintain licensing from the appropriate gaming authority Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varied weather conditions Willingness to travel as needed.
