    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>To ensure that Lowes Foods guest service, safety, and store cleanliness standards are maintained throughout the store. Ensure Show standards are implemented and maintained both inside and outside the store.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>1. Provide polite, friendly interactions with all guests and co-workers.</p>\n<p>2. Ability to use and maintain a floor scrubber and buffer.</p>\n<p>3. Maintain cleanliness & sanitation of the floors throughout the store.</p>\n<p>4. Clean up spills, sweep, and mop as needed.</p>\n<p>5. Maintain a neat and safe work area to allow guests to shop without agitation.</p>\n<p>6. Maintain and organize floor chemicals and supplies.</p>\n<p>7. Vacuum, steam clean, or shampoo carpeted areas or rugs throughout the store.</p>\n<p>8. Ability to strip, seal, and wax floors as needed.</p>\n<p>9. Maintain sanitation standards on the sales floor and in the backroom area.</p>\n<p>10. Performs front-end duties as necessary to ensure “no noticeable wait” standard is upheld and maintained.</p>\n<p>11. Communicates floor maintenance needs to store management.</p>\n<p>12. Perform all other duties as assigned by management.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>1. Friendly, outgoing personality.</p>\n<p>2. Ability to work well with others.</p>\n<p>3. Ability to lift 40 lbs. constantly and 60 lbs. occasionally.</p>\n<p>4. Ability to read and understand information and direction.</p>\n<p>5. Knowledge of safety & sanitation guidelines.</p>\n<p>6. Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.</p>\n<p>7. Effective communication and guest service skills.</p>\n<p>8. Ability to bend, kneel, stand, push/pull, and operate floor equipment for extended periods of time.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-RM3</p>",
