This is a leadership opportunity to help shape the next chapter of our organisation.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with both co-founders and Executive Chairman, the COO will act as a strategic partner, responsible for driving operational excellence, supply chain and special projects ensuring the organisation continues to innovate, operate efficiently, and deliver exceptional outcomes.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">With a strong foundation already in place, the business is now focused on strengthening operational maturity, enhancing patient and customer experience, improving systems and processes, and building a high-performing culture that can scale sustainably.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">About the Role: </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">As COO, you will play a critical role in helping shape the future direction and operational success of the organisation by:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
