This is a Sr. Project Management position responsible for leading our efforts for large projects or serval projects at one time.  All candidates must meet the following expectations and be able to work independently with minimal oversight.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This position will be based in Austin Texas. The exact job site address is confidential at the client’s request and will be shared with qualified candidates during the interview process.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong leadership skills </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead and consult with field project managers, general contractors (GCs) and owners. Be responsible for nurturing successful relationships to ensure the success of the projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manage the Pre-construction, preplanning, and construction project scheduling process Leverage strong relationships with GCs to grow the Batchelor and Kimball Business. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manager successfully subcontractors to ensure project timelines and budget. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Willingly take ownership and accountability for projects under their direction. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Solve complex problems relating to project schedule and budget as an active member of the project team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Review and approve project budgets (labor, material, and subcontractors) to determine allocation of resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Negotiate and create subcontractor contracts with external vendors to reach agreements beneficial to the project.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manage project finances including profitability and cash flow.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work and provide indirect leadership to construction crews. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Actively be involved in design conflict and resolution for all trades which includes collaborating with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead strategic planning and project submittal, request for information and change order process.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Implement monthly cost reports and accurate cost projections.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Responsible for recognizing and resubmitting change orders as necessary.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Responsible for approval of the payment supplier and subcontractor invoices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Candidates with strong skills with Bluebeam software and Procore Management programs will receive priority in the review process.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Project, identify and manage CAD, fabrication and field labor resources required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Supervisory / Budgetary / External Communication Responsibility</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Direct responsibility for Subcontractors.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Indirect responsibility for B &amp; K and subcontractor field personnel and internal support services. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Direct responsibility for PE’s and/or APMs.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Knowledge, skill and ability requirements (minimum competencies required for job performance)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Consistent dependability and availability </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work in a fast-paced construction office environment </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to organize and curate documents related to work orders and personnel </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Aptitude to learn new systems </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Mechanical knowledge </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Project Management </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Train estimating staff on technical aspects of Project Management </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Understand company resource production capabilities and implement in the construction process, i.e., daily coordinating with Superintendent </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Professionally solicit vendors and suppliers during the procurement process</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
