About this Role Quanta Power Solutions is seeking an experienced and strategic Engineering Department Manager to oversee a team of engineering design professionals, interns, and co-op staff supporting complex EPC and infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for ensuring deliverables are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. The Department Manager will provide administrative leadership, workforce planning, training oversight, and operational management while partnering closely with leadership teams to drive departmental success and continuous improvement initiatives.
