Our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program is the largest outpatient program at SeaView and plays a vital role in delivering intensive, community-based care to individuals with serious and persistent mental illness.</p><p data-start=\"773\" data-end=\"1009\">We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated <strong data-start=\"818\" data-end=\"838\">ACT Case Manager</strong> to join our team.
