This includes managing the transportation, assembly, and set-up of store fixtures and assisting with warehouse duties. Additionally, this role ensures the efficient and accurate delivery and stocking of products in line with company standards.</p><p data-start=\"198\" data-end=\"622\"><strong data-start=\"155\" data-end=\"166\" id=\"isPasted\">Travel:</strong> 50% Overnight Travel Required</p><p data-start=\"624\" data-end=\"649\"><strong data-start=\"624\" data-end=\"649\">Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul data-start=\"651\" data-end=\"2059\"><li data-start=\"651\" data-end=\"901\"><p data-start=\"653\" data-end=\"901\"><strong data-start=\"653\" data-end=\"683\">Store Fixture Preparation:</strong> Prepare store fixtures and necessary equipment for transportation to store locations. This includes assembling, straightening shelves/racks, setting up display cases, and following specific store project instructions.</p></li><li data-start=\"902\" data-end=\"1118\"><p data-start=\"904\" data-end=\"1118\"><strong data-start=\"904\" data-end=\"942\">Product Stocking and Organization:</strong> Safely and efficiently stock products according to individual store requirements and company planograms. Ensure products are placed correctly, according to the store&rsquo;s layout.</p></li><li data-start=\"1119\" data-end=\"1268\"><p data-start=\"1121\" data-end=\"1268\"><strong data-start=\"1121\" data-end=\"1141\">Team Leadership:</strong> Without the Merchandising Manager, you may lead the changeover/reset team, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.</p></li><li data-start=\"1269\" data-end=\"1514\"><p data-start=\"1271\" data-end=\"1514\"><strong data-start=\"1271\" data-end=\"1296\">Inventory Management:</strong> Responsible for stocking, organizing, and inventorying shelves, fixtures, and accessories.
