We do not support or transfer other visa types (e.g., H-1B).&#xa0;</em></p><p>We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the implementation of the Orchestrade platform for a leading energy trading client.</p><p>Working closely with business, trading, and IT teams across Texas and Europe, you will gather and define business requirements, analyze trading processes, and help ensure the successful delivery of this strategic ETRM transformation program.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from trading, risk, operations, and finance stakeholders.</li><li>Act as the liaison between business users, project management, and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.</li><li>Participate in workshops and contribute to solution design activities.</li><li>Support the implementation and configuration of the ETRM platform.</li><li>Analyze trading workflows and operational processes across the full trade lifecycle.</li><li>Contribute to the implementation of functionalities related to:<ul><li>Deal Capture, Pricing, Risk Monitoring, P&amp;L, Invoicing</li></ul></li><li>Challenge and refine business requirements to ensure scalable and efficient solutions.</li><li>Support testing activities, including test preparation, execution, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).</li><li>Assist with change management and user adoption initiatives.</li></ul><p>#LI-MNRK</p><ul></ul>",
