You will oversee content, manage and mentor teams, analyze performance metrics (KPIs), and stay ahead of platform trends to drive engagement and deliver measurable results across platforms like TikTok and Instagram. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">This is a highly cross-collaborative role, placing you at the heart of client strategy. You will report to the Head of Strategy and work closely with Client Leads and the Data &amp; Insights team, translating business objectives and market intelligence into actionable plans that guide creative, community, and commerce teams.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What you’ll do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Set the strategic direction for client brands on social</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Translate business goals and market context into social-first strategies that drive measurable outcomes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Work closely with the data and insights team to turn category, audience and platform intelligence into strategic decisions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Work alongside Client Leads to gather essential client input, test assumptions, and consolidate them into one unified plan for content, community, commerce teams to execute</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Create strategic frameworks and briefs that make activation smarter and execution clearer</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Build campaign concepts designed to scale into 360 activations when relevant.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Define KPIs, measurement plans and attribution logic that prove brand and business impact</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What we’re looking for</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">8+ years in a senior strategy role at a social, creative or media agency</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Fluent in English and/ or Dutch.
