Duties include but not limited to the following:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Banding ingot per customer specification</li>\n <li>Operating the ingot casting robot</li>\n <li>Driving a fork lift and transferring ingot to the banding pad</li>\n <li>Assist in maintaining furnace pump wells and bag house maintenance</li>\n <li>Employees wear protective equipment and work in an industrial manufacturing environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>The ability to lift up to 50 pounds</li>\n <li>Ability to read and write</li>\n <li>Ability to follow written and verbal instructions</li>\n <li>Accuracy in recording of weights</li>\n <li>Demonstrate safe work practices throughout the plant</li>\n <li>Ability to operate an industrial tow motor and forklift</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent GED preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<h2> </h2>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by people assigned to this classification.
