This role manages technicians, ensures high-quality service delivery, maintains customer satisfaction, and drives department profitability. The HVAC Service Manager ensures compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and industry best practices while supporting team development and operational efficiency.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Perform take-offs for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor pricing</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor bids</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prepare and submit competitive proposals and bid packages</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Identify value engineering opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining quality</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">3–7+ years of experience in HVAC estimating and/or project management</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and industry standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., FastPIPE, Trimble, Bluebeam)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
