The family has one daughter, age 7, who is spirited, playful, and full of energy. This is a wonderful opportunity for a candidate who genuinely loves engaging with children and takes equal pride in maintaining a well-run home. The schedule for this role is flexible and shifts across the week depending on the family’s needs. Two days per week require an early start at 7:00am, while on the remaining days the candidate may begin between 10:00am and 11:00am. Total hours approximate eight to ten hours per day, with overtime paid. The family is seeking someone who will grow with them over time and become a trusted, consistent presence in the child’s  life. This is a live-out position. A household vehicle is provided for candidate use during working hours, including school pickup and drop-off.\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide attentive, engaged childcare for a 7-year-old girl, including school drop-off and pickup</li>\n <li>Actively participate in play, including imaginative and doll-based play, outdoor activities, and trips to the playground</li>\n <li>Support the child's daily routine, including meals and homework</li>\n <li>Perform full housekeeping duties including deep cleaning, laundry, and ironing</li>\n <li>Maintain general household tidiness and upkeep throughout the day</li>\n <li>Assist with light dog care including letting dogs out and occasional feeding</li>\n <li>Cook family dinners when possible (preferred but not required)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a private household or similar setting</li>\n <li>Genuine enthusiasm for hands-on, engaged childcare with young children</li>\n <li>Strong housekeeping skills including experience with ironing and laundry</li>\n <li>Comfortable in a flexible, fluid household environment without a rigid daily structure</li>\n <li>Self-starter who can read the room and maintain routines independently</li>\n <li>Comfortable with dogs (no walking required)</li>\n <li>Cooking ability is a strong plus</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid US work authorization</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license and clean driving record</li>\n <li>Fully vaccinated, including the COVID and flu vaccine, and willing to follow COVID precautionary measures including testing when requested and masking if unwell</li>\n <li>Private household experience required</li>\n <li>Strong, verifiable references</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Salary and Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>$35++ per hour, paid on the books.</li>\n <li>Overtime paid</li>\n <li>Healthcare stipend to be discussed following a probationary period</li>\n <li>Two weeks PTO and paid Holidays</li>\n <li>Household vehicle provided for use during working hours</li>\n</ul>",
