We are searching for a Maintenance Technician for our Jefferson City, MO. This position will report to Maintenance Manager.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Electrical: Know how to troubleshoot and read electrical prints.</li><li>Hydraulics: know how to troubleshoot and debug hydraulic circuits, read machine schematics and repair.</li><li>Pneumatics: Know how to troubleshoot and debug pneumatic circuits, read machine schematics and repair.</li><li>Know injection-molding machine general maintenance, troubleshooting, debugging and repair as needed.</li><li>Execute lock out/tag out procedures as required on all Injection and related equipment.</li><li>Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions to prevent the occurrence of any downtime that can be avoided with proper preventative, predictive or continuous improvement ideas.</li><li>Work with equipment suppliers to determine root cause of equipment failures and implement a permanent solution.</li><li>Maintain Plant Facility and associated equipment.</li><li>Perform daily checks of all injection molding equipment as outlined on the preventive maintenance schedule.</li><li>Fork truck license, Man lift certificate, and crane operation required, will train to our specifics (not required, but a plus).</li><li>Owns and maintains the required basic set of tools needed to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position.</li><li>Through a strategy of continuous improvement and teamwork, Continental Commercial Products is dedicated to establishing the highest industry standards for quality, value, and service.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Below is the Fixed Schedule:</strong></p><p>All (4) shifts A, B, C, D are scheduled on a 2/2/3.
