Be part of the journey.</p>\n<h2>Role Overview and Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e., “Green Card Holder”), Political Asylee, or Refugee.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Introduction</strong></p>\n<p>Engineering role focused on supporting manufacturing processes, resolving routine production issues, and contributing to basic improvements under guidance.  Manufacturing Engineering roles build technical capability while supporting day-to-day operations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with implementing new processes and products under senior engineering direction.</li>\n <li>Provide basic technical support to production; escalate complex issues appropriately.</li>\n <li>Prepare/update simple work instructions and standard documentation.</li>\n <li>Support data collection, root-cause analysis, and corrective action activities.</li>\n <li>Learn and apply Lean, TWI, and standard engineering methodologies.</li>\n <li>Contribute to small-scale CI activities.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications, Skills and Attributes</h2>\n<p><strong>Core Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Foundational CAD skills; working knowledge of manufacturing concepts.</li>\n <li>Ability to read engineering drawings; willingness to develop GD&T fluency.</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills.</li>\n <li>Learning mindset; openness to coaching.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation (ADA).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Desireable Skills and Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelors in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical).</li>\n <li>Internship or up to 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.</li>\n <li><strong>This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
