    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Stantec&nbsp;is seeking a Designer with 0-3 years’ experience to join its Architecture Group in Rochester, NY. A Designer is expected to be on a professional path towards licensure as an Architect and to contribute to the coordinated delivery of design services with a fully integrated team of architects, engineers, designers, planners, technicians and scientists.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Your Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Interpret sketches, drawings, codes, building programs and other similar materials.</li>\n <li>Utilize Revit in development of three-dimensional models of buildings and their components.</li>\n <li>Provide early phase design visualization support.</li>\n <li>Assist in the preparation of construction documentation for architectural projects including site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections and details.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate general knowledge of building codes, energy codes, and requirements of regulatory agencies.</li>\n <li>Assist in the coordination of building systems (structural, mechanical, electrical, etc.) and associated documentation including clash detection within the BIM model.</li>\n <li>Assist with the preparation of reports and assessments, including site assessment, photography, technical writing, and document organization.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with external consultants with awareness of quality and progress of work.</li>\n <li>Contribute to project coordination and site meetings with internal team members and/or external consultants, owners, contractor and sub-contractors.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate knowledge of building systems and materials.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Assist with bidding and construction administration phase tasks and processes.</li>\n <li>Communicate and work effectively with other members of the design team.</li>\n</ul>",
