HOURS ARE 7AM-330PM IN LAWRENCEBURG, INDIANA At iMedical Healthcare Solutions, our mission is to revolutionize the healthcare industry through cutting-edge technology applications. We aspire to set a new standard in the industry, where transparency in performance, inventory location, and cost reporting are the norms rather than the exceptions. In addition to your compensation, you will be eligible to receive the following benefits: - Elected Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance – iMed pays 50% of the monthly premium for employees only (eligibility starts first day of the month after 60 days of employment) . - Free Benefit: Life insurance policy of $10,000.00 provided at no cost. - Optional Benefits: Election to participate in the Short-Term Disability, Accidental Life Insurance, and other care insurance. - 401K: iMed matches the first 3% at 100% and the next 2% at 50% of your contribution (after 90 Days of employment) - 2 Paid Volunteer Days - 2 Paid Personal Days - 10 Paid Vacation Days (increases to 12 PTO days after 1 year ) Job Responsibilities Light refurbishment and conduct minor repairs of equipment. Examine product, pressure wash and clean equipment to iMedical standards. Prep, sand, clean all parts and store properly for inventory. Breakdown and organize equipment for part harvesting of beds and stretchers. Arrange and store equipment and supplies for inventory purposes. Paint and basic cosmetic repair on equipment for usage. Operate production shop tools safely and store them properly. Remove parts on equipment to re-purpose, replace upholstery when needed. Maintain a clean and organized job area of production to company standards and hazard free. Abide by all safety rules, conduct safety testing and complete necessary paperwork for tracking. Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and follow-through on assigned projects or tasks. Establish, maintain, and foster positive harmonious working relationships with those contacted in the course of work. Complete other duties as assigned, including training new associates, or learning new skills to be efficient for the production team. Performs quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
