We invest in your growth, empower you with the latest technology, and provide clear pathways for advancement.</p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong>  As a <strong>Senior Project Manager at WW Clyde</strong>, you will lead the full lifecycle of complex <strong>structural commercial and civil concrete projects</strong>, including concrete structures, cast-in-place structures, and related infrastructure. This role goes beyond project execution—you will serve as a <strong>leader of a business area</strong>, driving financial performance, developing high-performing teams, and influencing regional operations. You will oversee planning, budgeting, and execution while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role is intentionally designed as a <strong>launchpad into Area Manager–level leadership within 12 months</strong> for high performers, with the opportunity to take on expanded oversight of multiple projects, teams, and regional operations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of structural concrete projects (cast-in-place, foundations, vertical structures)</li>\n <li>Own project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control</li>\n <li>Lead, mentor, and develop project teams, including superintendents and field leaders</li>\n <li>Manage subcontractors and suppliers specific to concrete scopes (rebar, formwork, pumping, finishing)</li>\n <li>Oversee contract administration, including RFIs, submittals, mix designs, and change orders</li>\n <li>Champion safety and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety programs</li>\n <li>Ensure quality control of structural concrete work, including placement, curing, and inspection requirements</li>\n <li>Coordinate closely with engineers, inspectors, and clients on structural specifications and sequencing</li>\n <li>Identify risks and proactively solve challenges related to schedule, sequencing, and constructability</li>\n <li>Lead project closeout, including punch lists, as-builts, and turnover documentation</li>\n <li>Contribute to regional strategy and actively prepare for transition into Area Manager responsibilities</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>6+ years of construction experience, with 3+ years in project management focused on structural/commercial concrete</li>\n <li>Strong experience with cast-in-place concrete, structural foundations, vertical builds, and concrete sequencing</li>\n <li>Proficiency in scheduling (Primavera P6, MS Project) and project management tools (Procore or similar)</li>\n <li>Strong financial acumen with ability to manage budgets and drive project profitability</li>\n <li>Proven leadership skills with experience developing field teams and future leaders</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate across owners, engineers, and field teams</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving and organizational skills in complex structural environments</li>\n <li>Knowledge of concrete QA/QC processes, mix designs, and inspection requirements</li>\n <li>Strong commitment to safety with knowledge of OSHA standards and best practices</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why Work for WW Clyde?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Competitive Compensation & Benefits:</strong>Health, dental, vision, life insurance, 6% 401(k) match, profit sharing, paid holidays, and PTO.</li>\n <li><strong>Performance-Based Bonus:</strong>Rewarding your dedication and project success.</li>\n <li><strong>Career Development:</strong>Ongoing training, mentorship, and clear advancement paths.</li>\n <li><strong>Stable, Respected Employer:</strong>Join a century‑strong leader in heavy civil construction.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>*As part of our hiring process, <strong>all candidates are subject to a comprehensive background check</strong>.
