    "description": "<h2>Your Role...</h2>\n<p><strong>Overall Purpose and Main Objectives:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Maintain the production flow through the assigned area of responsibility based on direction provided by the supervisor.  Ensure all productivity, customer service, and safety goals are met, while fairly distributing work to 10-12 associates.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Overall Responsibilities</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate the flow of all products according to required procedures and time schedules</li>\n <li>Ensure all new hires are properly trained</li>\n <li>Cross-train associates for various functions </li>\n <li>Ensure that needed supplies, tools, and equipment are available to all associates</li>\n <li>Ensure cleanliness and organization of work area</li>\n <li>Ensure preventative maintenance for all machines and equipment are completed each week</li>\n <li>Perform other related tasks as requested or required</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Skills/Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent decision-making skills</li>\n <li>General knowledge of all products and processes related to custom services and manufacturing</li>\n <li>Intermediate math skills</li>\n <li>Ability to read and comply with written instructions while handling multiple tasks simultaneously </li>\n <li>Ability to work effectively with team members to accomplish desired goals</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalency</li>\n <li>Proficient with Microsoft office programs</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pay Rate:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The pay range below is provided in compliance with state/city specific laws. This pay range applies to this location.
