This role will drive product innovation, partner integration, client experience, and revenue growth while ensuring strong risk management and compliance frameworks. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of payments, commercial card products, and product management best practices.</p><h1>Key Responsibilities</h1><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 24px;\"><li><p>Own the full product lifecycle for virtual card solutions, including strategy, roadmap, development, launch, and ongoing optimization.</p></li><li><p>Define and execute product roadmap aligned with business objectives, client needs, and market trends in commercial card and payments.</p></li><li><p>Drive commercialization of virtual card capabilities including buyer-initiated payments,<span>&nbsp; </span>virtual card for travel, mobile virtual card and embedded payment use cases.</p></li><li><p>Partner with internal stakeholders (Sales, Treasury, Risk, Operations, Technology) to deliver scalable and competitive solutions.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with external partners including networks, processors, fintechs, and platforms (e.g., ERP, AP automation providers).</p></li><li><p>Identify and prioritize product enhancements based on client feedback, market intelligence, and performance analytics.</p></li><li><p>Lead business case development, pricing strategies, and revenue optimization initiatives (interchange, rebates, and fees).</p></li><li><p>Ensure product compliance with regulatory, network, and internal risk standards, including fraud prevention and controls.</p></li><li><p>Monitor product performance through KPIs (volume growth, client adoption, spend penetration, approval rates, fraud metrics).</p></li><li><p>Support sales enablement through product training, messaging, and client-facing materials.</p></li><li><p>Drive innovation in emerging payment capabilities such as tokenization, real-time payments integration, and embedded finance.</p></li></ul><h1>Qualifications</h1><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 24px;\"><li><p>Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management, payments, or commercial card solutions.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of virtual card products, accounts payable (AP) automation, and B2B payment flows.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with payment networks (Visa/Mastercard), processors, or fintech partners.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to manage products end-to-end and deliver measurable business outcomes.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data and AI to drive decision-making.</p></li><li><p>Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.</p></li><li><p>Experience with APIs, integrations, and digital product delivery preferred.</p></li><li><p>Bachelor’s degree required</p></li></ul><h1>Key Skills &amp; Competencies</h1><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 24px;\"><li><p>Deep understanding of commercial card economics and value proposition</p></li><li><p>Product strategy and roadmap development</p></li><li><p>Payments ecosystem knowledge (issuers, acquirers, gateways, fintechs)</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and presentation skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment</p></li><li><p>Customer-centric mindset with focus on client experience and usability</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge and understanding of AI tools</p></li></ul><p><strong>Pay Transparency&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The salary range for this position is $125,000-$145,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus.
