The ideal employee is highly-driven with the ability to quickly adapt to the needs of an expanding channel and one who is interested in growing with the organization.</span></p>\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Duties/Responsibilities:</span></strong></p>\n\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Resolve issues presented by the sales representative or customer during a phone call</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Responding to inbound phone calls from sales consultants as well as other forms of communication in a timely manner</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Utilize and adhere to all tools, policies, and rules that are provided and mandated by management</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Schedule appointments with customers for technicians to move the account through the solar process</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Strive for improving performance by utilizing self and Team Lead evaluations</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Properly documenting all verbal and digital correspondence relevant to the customers account</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Performs other related duties as assigned.</span></li>\n</ul>\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Required Skills/Abilities:</span></strong></p>\n\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Ability to develop solutions to difficult problems</span></li>\n</ul>\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Education and Experience:</span></strong></p>\n\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">A high school diploma or equivalent is required</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">1 year of experience as a Sales Support Specialist or similar role</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Minimum 1+ years previous experience in a call center environment preferred</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Solar experience preferred </span></li>\n</ul>\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Working Conditions:</span></strong></p>\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Fast-paced, open floor office environment with significant computer and phone usage. Utilization of complex systems. Speed and accuracy are essential to the successful completion of tasks.</span></p>\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Regular requirement to talk, or hear; frequent requirement to stand, walk, reach, bend, or lift up to 20 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office.
