We're proud to be recognized as one of Canada’s Most Admired Cultures and a Great Place to Work.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">With big plans for the future – including purpose-driven product launches, new brick-and-mortar retail locations, and establishing ourselves as leaders in the travel industry – we’re looking for passionate, skilled, and driven individuals to join our team.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">As a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Host </span>for the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Retail Experience </span>team, you will have a fulfilling career upholding standards of Guest experience &amp; operational excellence.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Champion Monos’ vision of redefining retail by infusing hospitality into every aspect of the customer journey.</span> Ensure that stores are more than just places to shop—they should feel like welcoming, thoughtfully curated experiences that leave a lasting impression on every guest.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Deliver exceptional Guest experiences</span> by providing a high level of customer service, including greeting Guests promptly, assessing their needs, recommending suitable products, and offering product demonstrations as required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Maintain a thorough knowledge of Monos products</span>, including features, benefits, materials, and usage, in order to confidently educate and assist Guests in making informed purchase decisions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Perform all sales transactions</span> using the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently, including processing payments, issuing receipts, handling returns or exchanges per company policy, and maintaining accurate cash drawer counts.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Support store merchandising and inventory processes</span> by receiving deliveries, unpacking and tagging merchandise, restocking displays, ensuring products are properly presented on the sales floor, and reporting inventory discrepancies to management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Execute daily operational tasks</span> including cleaning duties, store opening and closing procedures, supply restocking, and general store upkeep to ensure a clean, organized, and safe environment for Guests and team members.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Participate in team meetings, product training, and development sessions</span> as required, and actively contribute to the success of the team by offering feedback and collaborating on ways to improve Guest service and store performance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Adhere to all Monos policies and procedures</span>, including those related to health and safety, workplace conduct, and loss prevention.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or leadership team</span> to support store operations and brand goals.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Experience Level</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">1-2 years experience in retail or hospitality</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Exceptional communication skills to be able to communicate effectively with store team and customers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Outstanding customer service skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to problem solve and work well under pressure</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience using Shopify is an asset but not required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Must be able to work flexible hours including early evenings and weekends</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Able to lift and carry 25-30lbs</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Why be a part of Monos?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Rocketing growth – yours and ours.
