He/She is responsible for creating, planning, and executing internal and external sales/marketing strategies and events around brand recognition. This includes marketing materials, social media, newsletters, campaigns, press releases and other marketing activities.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong></p><p>Leads the development and execution of the marketing strategy and documents marketing across departments to drive sales growth</p><ul><li>Works closely with key stakeholders to create and execute on marketing initiatives</li><li>Oversees copywriting across all customer and carrier communications&nbsp;</li><li>Plans, organizes, executes, and oversees internal and external events for client engagement, such as trade shows, roundtables, conferences, and internal events</li><li>Helps support campaigns to align to sales goals&nbsp;</li><li>Develops and implements marketing and sales materials such as email templates, sales introduction letters, customer packs, recruitment materials, etc.</li><li>Develops and leads marketing campaigns as related to Genpro&rsquo;s target market</li><li>Manages marketing agency for outsourced functions</li><li>Manages the updates of the company website&nbsp;</li><li>Develops and manages calendar in regards to the timing of advertising and events</li><li>Develops and maintains guidelines and repository of approved visual assets</li><li>Reports on and analyzes the results of marketing campaigns</li><li>Consistently creates and refreshes on-going social media strategy</li><li>Manages marketing budget</li><li>Other duties as required</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong><u>QUALIFICATIONS</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing or similar</li><li>Minimum of 5+ marketing experience required, with Logistics or Supply Chain background preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 3 year experience in creating and maintaining sales (ex: proposal writing) and brand content required.</li><li>Must be a self-starter with a &ldquo;roll up your sleeves&rdquo; attitude on undertaking of projects on his/her own initiative&nbsp;</li><li>Strong Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and other software programs required such as Canva</li><li>Expertise in using various social media platforms required</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required</li><li>Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines required</li><li>Ability to work in a team-oriented environment that is a fast-paced, meeting frequent deadlines</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div>\n    </div>\n  \n",
