We offer a comprehensive line of innovative electrical solutions, performing work collaboratively—under one roof—to help us lower costs, increase accuracy, and promote project efficiency.</p>\n<h2>Job Summary</h2>\n<p>The Warehouse Logistics Manager is responsible for warehouse shipping and receiving operations as well as shop material management, and general shop cleanliness.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#dynor</p>\n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage team for shipping, receiving, organizing, and all warehouse operations</li>\n <li>Coordinate with the tool manager and offsite construction manager for staging and transportation using 3rd party and in house curriers</li>\n <li>Manage receiving of incoming materials for prefabrication</li>\n <li>Coordinate with project managers and superintendents for delivery of materials purchased by the project site team to be used for prefabrication</li>\n <li>Perform shop walks to ensure excess materials are removed from the warehouse</li>\n <li>Standardize material shipping and receiving schedule and communication plan</li>\n <li>Train offsite project managers, superintendents, and prefabrication managers on warehouse logistics related processes</li>\n <li>Coordinate with site superintendents and general foremen for deliveries to the project site</li>\n <li>Research more efficient ways to ship, track, log, and communicate</li>\n <li>Supervise and assist in training of key warehouse positions and Material Handlers.</li>\n <li>Maintain shop cleanliness and organization -identify problem areas and efficiency issues.</li>\n <li>Create and maintain a culture of safety with entire team</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Relevant field experience</li>\n <li>Must understand construction procedures, electrical tools and materials and shop management principles</li>\n <li>Proficient with MS Office including Word/Excel/Power Point, Bluebeam and Smartsheets</li>\n <li>Must have excellent attention to detail</li>\n <li>Outstanding communication and customer service skills</li>\n <li>Ability to think strategically</li>\n <li>Strong leadership skills</li>\n <li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills</li>\n <li>Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment</li>\n <li>Some college preferred, HS/GED required</li>\n <li>At least 2 years’ proven successful experience in a supervisory role</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Physical Demands</h2>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Warehouse Logistics Manager is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.</p>\n<h2>Work Environment</h2>\n<p>Mostly office/shop based. Typical working hours for the Warehouse Logistics Manager may vary. Generally, Monday – Friday during normal business hours, but when deadlines approach, they may be required to work longer hours, including some weekend work.
