    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">School Nurse (Maternity Cover)</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">November 2026 – April 2027</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>The Island Private School of Limassol is seeking a competent and experienced School Nurse to join our team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract from November 2026 to April 2027.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>We are also in the process of building our new school campus on a beautiful 50,000 m² site, which will include kindergarten, elementary and high school facilities, an international boarding school, and accommodation for teachers. This is a great opportunity to join a growing school during an exciting period of development and expansion.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Working Hours</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 16:30 (flexible schedule with a break)</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Provide first aid, emergency pre-medical care, and basic healthcare to students in cases of injury or acute illness in accordance with applicable regulations and standards of care.</span></li>\n<li><span>Organise and conduct pre-medical examinations of students, including the management of medical records and laboratory diagnostic tests provided by parents.</span></li>\n<li><span>Inform parents or legal guardians of planned medical care, preventive examinations, and other health-related activities and obtain the necessary authorisations.</span></li>\n<li><span>Coordinate the collection and processing of medical documentation, including informed consent forms, paediatric examination forms, and other required records, ensuring all information is accurately maintained within the school's IT systems.</span></li>\n<li><span>Arrange ambulance transportation and prepare documentation for hospitalisation when required.</span></li>\n<li><span>Organise and implement anti-epidemic and preventive measures to minimise the spread of infectious and parasitic diseases within the school community.</span></li>\n<li><span>Deliver health education sessions and awareness programmes for students, parents, and staff.</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain all required medical records and reporting documentation in accordance with current regulations.</span></li>\n<li><span>Manage medical supplies, medications, and First Aid kits throughout the school.</span></li>\n<li><span>Promote healthy lifestyle habits through presentations, workshops, and activities.</span></li>\n<li><span>Record and analyse incidents and injuries in accordance with school policies and recommend preventative measures.</span></li>\n<li><span>Participate in risk assessments for school trips, events, and health and safety planning.</span></li>\n<li><span>Coordinate vision and hearing screenings and support voluntary vaccination programmes.</span></li>\n<li><span>Assist families with health insurance claims related to accidents or injuries in cooperation with the reception team.</span></li>\n<li><span>Provide consultative, diagnostic, and other healthcare services in accordance with the scope of the professional licence.</span></li>\n<li><span>Support the development and implementation of health-related school policies and procedures.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Registered Nurse licence.</span></li>\n<li><span>Minimum of 2 years' nursing experience.</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong problem-solving and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.</span></li>\n<li><span>Compassionate and student-centred approach.</span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</span></li>\n<li><span>Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing.</span></li>\n<li><span>Fluent Greek and English are essential.</span></li>\n<li><span>Russian and/or additional languages will be considered an advantage.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>A unique opportunity to work within a fast-growing and innovative educational environment.</span></li>\n<li><span>Competitive remuneration package based on qualifications and experience.</span></li>\n<li><span>Modern and professional working environment.</span></li>\n<li><span>Referral programme.</span></li>\n<li><span>Optional participation in the Company's Group Medical Scheme.</span></li>\n<li><span>Professional learning and development opportunities.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Contract Details</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>This is a fixed-term maternity cover position from November 2026 until April 2027.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Recruitment Process</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ol>\n<li><span>Panel Interview with Employee Success Manager (30 minutes)</span></li>\n<li><span>Interview with Operations Director (20 minutes)</span></li>\n<li><span>Interview with the Head of School and COO (20 minutes)</span></li>\n</ol>",
