Apply today and transform lives with us!</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\">- Must be a Colorado licensed OTA</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\">- 1-year clinical experience preferred</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\">- Skilled Nursing experience preferred</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\">Include the following:</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\">- Reviews supervising therapists plan of cares and appropriately delivers treatment interventions in line with plan of care goals.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\">- Complete timely, accurate and supportive documentation in accordance with company policy and federal and state guidelines/regulations.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\">- Administer treatment modalities as clinically indicated to treat patient specific needs.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\">- Communicate effectively with supervising therapist about any acute changes in patient status to allow for assessments to be completed and plan of care adjusted as needed.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\">- Effectively communicate patient progress and lack of progress to supervising therapist so treatment can be adjusted to better meet patient&rsquo;s needs.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\">- Assist with management of OT caseload along with DOR and supervising therapist</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\">- Be familiar with Colorado State Practice Act and Laws in regard to visit count, progress note guidelines and regulatory guidelines to ensure ethical practice.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\">- Other duties may be assigned.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\">Compensation: $36-$40.00 per hour</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\">&nbsp;</span></p></div>\n",
