The position aligns with professionals experienced in design oversight, project execution, and client‑facing technical leadership within the Canadian infrastructure sector.</p><ul><li>Reporting to the Project Manager and Civil, the Civil/Utilities Engineer, will be responsible for supporting the overall success of Major Projects in Canada.</li><li>Oversee team performance to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.</li><li>Lead and manage the civil / utilities components of major projects from inception to completion (this could include but, is not limited to, water main relocation and sizing, storm and sanitary design, as well as supporting other dry utilities and transportation activities such as road rehabilitation/reconstruction and drainage improvements).</li><li>Provide mentorship and resolve conflicts to maintain efficiency and collaboration.</li><li>Advancing projects from concept to construction, ensuring compliance with standards and client needs.</li><li>Prepare technical designs, specifications, reports, and proposals.</li><li>Understand industry trends while building strong client relationships.</li><li>Pursue new business opportunities in municipal infrastructure and public sector projects.</li><li>Lead RFQ and RFP proposals, delivering innovative, client-focused solutions.</li><li>Manage project budgets and monitor financial performance.</li><li>Oversee schedules to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with goals.</li><li>Develop strategies to expand market presence and boost revenue growth.</li></ul>",
