This role serves as a strategic partner to hiring managers, helping attract, engage, and hire top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.</span></p>\n<p><span>Beyond recruitment, this position plays an important role in maintaining accurate workforce data, supporting BambooHR administration, coordinating employee engagement initiatives, and contributing to broader HR operations. The ideal candidate combines strong recruiting expertise with exceptional organization, attention to detail, and a passion for building scalable people processes.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">What You'll Do</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Talent Acquisition &amp; Recruitment</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Lead full-cycle recruitment activities for Vietnam and support global hiring initiatives</span></li>\n<li><span>Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define hiring requirements, role expectations, and success criteria</span></li>\n<li><span>Create and maintain compelling job descriptions aligned with Safetrust's employer brand</span></li>\n<li><span>Manage job postings through BambooHR ATS and external recruiting platforms</span></li>\n<li><span>Source candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and job boards</span></li>\n<li><span>Screen resumes and conduct structured phone and video interviews</span></li>\n<li><span>Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications across multiple time zones</span></li>\n<li><span>Support hiring managers throughout the selection process</span></li>\n<li><span>Prepare employment offers and hiring documentation in compliance with local requirements</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain recruitment records, approvals, and candidate documentation within BambooHR</span></li>\n<li><span>Monitor recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline health, and hiring effectiveness</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">BambooHR &amp; HR Systems Administration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Maintain accurate employee and candidate records within BambooHR</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure onboarding, employment changes, transfers, promotions, and separations are accurately reflected in the system</span></li>\n<li><span>Support HR workflows, approvals, and documentation management</span></li>\n<li><span>Assist with system audits, reporting, and data quality reviews</span></li>\n<li><span>Help maintain data integrity across BambooHR modules and HR processes</span></li>\n<li><span>Support user access management and system administration activities</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Employee Engagement &amp; Culture</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Support employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, recognition activities, and company events</span></li>\n<li><span>Assist with employee surveys, feedback collection, and engagement action plans</span></li>\n<li><span>Help promote participation in company-sponsored programs and team-building activities</span></li>\n<li><span>Support communications that reinforce Safetrust's culture, values, and employee experience</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Training &amp; Development</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Coordinate employee training assignments and learning programs</span></li>\n<li><span>Track training completion and compliance requirements</span></li>\n<li><span>Support onboarding and manager development initiatives</span></li>\n<li><span>Assist with administration of training records and learning resources</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">HR Operations &amp; Cross-Training</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Cross-train with the Global HR Generalist to build knowledge across employee lifecycle processes</span></li>\n<li><span>Provide backup support for onboarding, offboarding, policy administration, and HR operations</span></li>\n<li><span>Support workforce planning and organizational initiatives</span></li>\n<li><span>Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement efforts</span></li>\n<li><span>Assist with employee lifecycle activities from hire through separation</span></li>\n<li><span>Support global HR programs and special projects as assigned</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Reporting &amp;
