  "key_responsibilities": "<div><!--block--><strong>What You’ll Do<br><br></strong>As a <strong>Structural Engineer</strong> at MSG, you’ll be involved in all phases of <strong>bridge and highway structure design</strong>, including:</div><div><!--block--><br></div><ul><li><!--block--><strong>Design and analysis</strong> of highway structures and bridges, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with all standards.</li><li><!--block--><strong>Field inspections</strong> of transportation structures and bridges to assess condition and provide technical recommendations.</li><li><!--block--><strong>Preparation of engineering deliverables</strong>, including reports, plans, specifications, estimates (PS&amp;E), and calculations, while monitoring work for adherence to applicable codes.</li><li><!--block--><strong>Lead projects or disciplines</strong>, acting as the project engineer or lead for bridge projects, while mentoring junior engineers and technicians.</li><li><!--block--><strong>Collaborate across teams</strong>, partnering with survey, geotechnical, and transportation staff to deliver integrated solutions.<br><br></li></ul><div><!--block--><br></div>",
