Ensures all deliveries are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and agricultural biosecurity standards.</span></p><p data-start=\"1008\" data-end=\"1341\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong>*3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday; 7:00pm -7:00am*</strong></span></p><h3 data-section-id=\"7er9eh\" data-start=\"1345\" data-end=\"1387\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></h3><ul data-start=\"1389\" data-end=\"2636\"><li data-section-id=\"1pz8pih\" data-start=\"1389\" data-end=\"1499\" style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Safely operate tractor trailer combinations to transport feed to farms throughout designated delivery areas.</li><li data-section-id=\"1irln3w\" data-start=\"1501\" data-end=\"1606\" style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Complete all required DOT logs and documentation accurately and in compliance with federal regulations.</li><li data-section-id=\"1csbted\" data-start=\"1608\" data-end=\"1718\" style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.</li><li data-section-id=\"lx8ekq\" data-start=\"1720\" data-end=\"1806\" style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Monitor vehicle performance and communicate maintenance or safety concerns promptly.</li><li data-section-id=\"zw8k1c\" data-start=\"1808\" data-end=\"1924\" style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Understand and comply with weight restrictions, scale procedures, overweight permits, and local route regulations.</li><li data-section-id=\"16kn12h\" data-start=\"1926\" data-end=\"2024\" style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Navigate rural roads, farm access points, and varying weather conditions safely and effectively.</li><li data-section-id=\"h0e1nt\" data-start=\"2026\" data-end=\"2123\" style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Operate and understand feed mill load-out systems including conveyors, trolleys, and drop bins.</li><li data-section-id=\"e4iejj\" data-start=\"2125\" data-end=\"2231\" style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Follow strict agricultural biosecurity protocols to help protect flock health and food safety standards.</li><li data-section-id=\"1vz55yf\" data-start=\"2233\" data-end=\"2391\" style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Respond professionally to on-road issues, schedule changes, or delivery concerns while maintaining excellent communication with dispatch and farm personnel.</li><li data-section-id=\"1ur49pg\" data-start=\"2393\" data-end=\"2540\" style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Maintain a strong attendance record and demonstrate flexibility with scheduling, including holidays, weekends, and extended work hours as needed.</li><li data-section-id=\"yh79b9\" data-start=\"2542\" data-end=\"2636\" style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Uphold Bell &amp;
