font-size: 16px\">Experience and skills our VP of Engineering needs:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">A bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, Software engineering or a related field</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Preferably a master’s degree in a business administration program</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">10+ years of proven experience in leading diverse engineering teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Extensive knowledge of advanced technology, including controls and automation solutions, telematics hardware, embedded and cloud software solutions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Proven strategic planning and execution experience, with ability to set and achieve vision and strategy for technological developments and operations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Experience with platforms and hardware technology used in the Automation Controls and IoT field is an important asset</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Adept with complex automation and control applications is an asset</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Experience with technology vendor management and contract negotiations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Proven experience bearing full financial accountability for technological departments, precisely in budgeting, headcount planning and personnel decisions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Experience in providing cross functional team leadership, resource management, project planning/management and customer service</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
