      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred</li>\n<li>4–7 years of experience with a commercial or industrial general contractor<br>or 10+ years of relevant construction management experience in lieu of a degree</li>\n<li>Experience managing subcontractors and/or self-performed scopes of work</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of construction project execution, scheduling, and workflow coordination</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents</li>\n<li>Experience with estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control</li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software platforms</li>\n<li>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record</li>\n<li>Ability to work in active construction environments, including walking job sites and lifting up to 50 lbs when necessary</li>\n\n</div>"
