The ideal candidate is a passionate, solutions-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting, embraces challenges as opportunities, and develops teams to achieve extraordinary results.\n</div>\n<div>\n <br/>\n</div>\n<div>\n YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>Coach, lead and develop the team in partnership with the Outlet Leader</li>\n  <li>Review and analyze business performance to identify opportunities and achieve extraordinary results</li>\n  <li>Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of sales, operations, and customer service initiatives.</li>\n  <li>Maintain merchandising standards that reflect the RH brand and Outlet vision</li>\n  <li>Ensure visual presentation supports safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence</li>\n  <li>Model adaptability and guide the team through change with a solutions-focused approach</li>\n  <li>Represent the RH brand through communication, personal presentation, and professionalism</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n OUR REQUIREMENTS\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>3+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings</li>\n  <li>Proven ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams</li>\n  <li>Analytical and strategic thinker with sound decision-making skills</li>\n  <li>Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications</li>\n  <li>Adaptable and resilient, with a solutions-focused approach to change and challenges</li>\n  <li>Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across all operational hours</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n OUR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>Lift and move items up to 50 lbs., using proper equipment and safety techniques</li>\n  <li>Maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom</li>\n  <li>Role entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing</li>\n </ul>\n</div>",
