    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div style=\"font-family: &quot;Segoe UI&quot;; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; line-height: 20px;\"><h2><strong>Position Summary</strong></h2><p>The Project Manager will support the Baptist Cancer Center leadership team in implementing the MidSouth Miracle program across all BMHCC sites. This role serves as a key liaison between sites, provides administrative and operational support, and assists with oncology research initiatives aligned with program goals. Occasional travel is required.&nbsp;</p><hr><h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2><ul><li>Partner with Cancer Center leadership to develop, implement, and enhance lung cancer care delivery models</li><li>Collaborate with multiple sites to identify gaps, challenges, and progress toward organizational goals</li><li>Prepare agendas, presentations, and facilitate meetings with stakeholders</li><li>Identify barriers to program execution and lead cross-functional solutions</li><li>Support strategic planning efforts with system and site leadership</li><li>Serve as a resource to educate staff on MidSouth Miracle program initiatives</li><li>Maintain accurate tracking of program data, site resources, and structures</li><li>Manage and distribute monthly performance and operational reports</li><li>Assist with financial projections, budgeting, and sustainability planning</li><li>Participate in grant writing and research protocol development activities</li></ul><hr><h2><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></h2><p><strong>Education</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or higher required</li></ul><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, research, business, or a related field</li></ul><hr><h2><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h2><ul><li>Master’s degree</li><li>5+ years of experience in healthcare, research, or project management</li><li>Oncology and/or project management experience strongly preferred</li></ul><hr><h2><strong>Skills &amp; Competencies</strong></h2><ul><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications</li><li>Knowledge of healthcare operations, compliance, and industry trends</li><li>Ability to build collaborative partnerships across departments</li></ul><hr><h2><strong>Licensure / Requirements</strong></h2><ul><li>Valid driver’s license required</li></ul><hr><h2><strong>Work Environment &amp; Physical Requirements</strong></h2><ul><li>Medium physical demand level</li><li>Frequent standing and walking; occasional sitting</li><li>Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull moderate weight</li><li>Exposure to healthcare environments, including potential biological and environmental hazards</li></ul><hr><h2><strong>Additional Information</strong></h2><ul><li>This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities</li><li>Occasional travel required</li></ul></div>",
