Customer Service</strong></p><ul><li>Supervise service technicians</li><li>Develop and maintain on-going training program</li><li>Resolve customer concerns, problems, and complaints very quickly</li><li>Promote and use the Guardian Fueling Technologies unconditional guarantee in cases where the customer Is not 100% satisfied</li><li>Maintain customer service records</li><li>Assure that all Technicians are following directions set by customers (IVR compliance)</li><li>Take full advantage of the WennSoft/GP service module</li><li>Participate actively in weekly Service Manager calls</li></ul><p><strong>II. Service Personnel</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure All OSHA and Guardian Fueling Technologies procedures are followed</li><li>Provide all personnel with safe work environment</li><li>Assume responsibility for recruiting, hiring, discipline, motivating, training, and retaining exemplary employees</li><li>Conduct Annual Reviews of each employee. (Keep raises within Budget pool)</li><li>Ensure That personnel are always in proper dress/uniforms and present a quality image to our customer and the general public.</li></ul><p><strong>III. Equipment/Vehicles</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain proper inventory levels and inventory control on all trucks to support all service call needs on the first trip</li><li>Ensure that all equipment and vehicles are clean, safe, operational, and present the correct Guardian Fueling Technologies image</li><li>Maintain clean and organized storage of all tools and equipment</li></ul><p><strong>IV. Administrative</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain department budget</li><li>Oversee the preparation of accurate service billing</li><li>Ensure customer portals are being maintained by the admin staff</li><li>Approve all service accounts payable in conjunction with the Guardian Finance Dept.</li><li>Handle all service accounts payable</li><li>File start-up reports with manufacture</li><li>File reports with state and local government</li><li>Schedule customer training</li><li>Solicit service contracts and service opportunities</li><li>Schedule and support construction in start-ups</li><li>Perform projects management duties for service projects</li><li>Assist salesman with equipment questions</li><li>Administer service related programs with vendors</li></ul><p><strong>V.
