If you like solving problems, working with your hands, and seeing immediate results from your work, this role fits.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p><p>Hands-On Maintenance &amp; Repairs (Primary Focus)</p><p>Diagnose and repair equipment issues in real time</p><p>Work on motors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and controls</p><p>Troubleshoot problems quickly and get sites back up and running</p><p>Handle everything from small fixes to larger system repairs</p><p>Preventative Maintenance</p><p>Perform routine service to keep equipment running smoothly</p><p>Catch issues before they turn into downtime</p><p>Follow simple, effective maintenance routines (not overcomplicated checklists)</p><p>Troubleshooting &amp; Problem Solving</p><p>Identify root causes—not just quick fixes</p><p>Think on your feet when equipment goes down</p><p>Make decisions in the field to keep operations moving</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Team &amp; Site Support</strong></p><p>Work closely with site teams to keep everything operational</p><p>Communicate clearly about issues and next steps</p><p>Step in where needed—this is a team-first environment</p><p>What This Job Feels Like</p><p>You’re moving most of the day—this is not a sit-down role</p><p>You’ll work indoors and outdoors, around active equipment</p><p>Some days are smooth. Some days everything breaks at once</p><p>You’ll leave the day knowing exactly what you fixed</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><p>Strong mechanical aptitude (you can take things apart and put them back together)</p><p>Basic electrical knowledge (low/high voltage, motor controls is a plus)</p><p>Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, or industrial equipment preferred</p><p>Welding experience is a plus, not required</p><p>Able to troubleshoot under pressure without overthinking it</p><p>Takes ownership—you don’t wait to be told what to do</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></p><p>$25–30/hour</p><p>Medical, Dental, Vision</p><p>401k with 4% match</p><p>PTO (up to 1 week in first year)</p><p>Up to 8 weeks paid maternity leave</p><p>Company work truck</p><p>Steady work with real growth opportunities</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p><p>Constant movement throughout the day</p><p>Lifting up to 60LBS</p><p>Bending, reaching, climbing, and working around equipment</p><p>Comfortable working in a loud, active environment</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Additional Requirements:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>All candidates considered for this position must submit a valid driver's license and successfully pass a company insurance review authorizing them to operate fleet vehicles.
