They are also responsible for picking and packing products to ship for our customers. They also help maintain an accurate inventory in the warehouse management system. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform cycle counting and stock verification</li>\n <li>Replenish primary pick locations from secondary storage locations</li>\n <li>Transfer product between inventory business units based on set of guidelines</li>\n <li>Storing, cutting, packing, loading for shipment </li>\n <li>Receiving, building, shipping Kits/BOMS</li>\n <li>Following safety techniques and participation in safety programs</li>\n <li>Meeting productivity standards and ensuring accuracy of work to ensure set standards for inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Operation of pallet jacks, fork trucks, lift trucks, reach trucks, order pickers, automated conveyers, cable cutting machines, saws, nail guns, tape machines. </li>\n <li>Receipt and put away all product per documented procedures as well as dispositioning non-conforming product, purchase order, or damaged shipments.</li>\n <li>Ensure outbound shipments are worked in line with our documented procedures and processes. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>SAFETY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Adhere to, promote, and accept personal responsibility for compliance to:</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Federal and Local Occupational Safety and Health Regulations</li>\n   <li>Industry Consensus Standards</li>\n   <li>Company policies</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Participate in job site safety/hazard analysis</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
