          "text": "<p>Renesas Electronics is looking for a&#xa0;Production Control Support Specialist to provide critical on-site support to wafer fabrication manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient material flow, inventory control, and production readiness. This role partners cross-functionally with manufacturing, planning, and supply chain teams to maintain operational continuity and drive process improvements within a dynamic fab environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide real-time, on-site support for daily wafer fabrication manufacturing activities to ensure uninterrupted production flow</li><li>Manage and maintain starting materials inventory, including tracking, stocking, and ensuring availability to meet production schedules</li><li>Support production planning activities by coordinating material readiness and assisting with schedule execution</li><li>Interface with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution</li><li>Create and manage purchase requisitions in support of production and inventory needs</li><li>Maintain and update manufacturing systems, databases, and tracking tools to ensure data accuracy and visibility</li><li>Support fab hygiene and cleanliness standards in compliance with cleanroom protocols</li><li>Identify, recommend, and help implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize material flow</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality</li></ul><p><strong>Key Competencies</strong></p><ul><li>Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Attention to detail and data accuracy</li><li>Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives</li><li>Adaptability in a cleanroom, high-volume production environment</li></ul><p><strong>Why This Role Matters</strong></p><p>This position plays a vital role in maintaining production continuity and operational efficiency within the fab.
