As part of our growing West Region Asset Management team for water/wastewater infrastructure projects, you will work with some of the most challenging, complex and advanced asset management projects in the field. You will build trusted advisor relationships, deliver high-quality work, define and deliver technical and technology solutions that align with our clients expectations</div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">and supports our mission to help communities protect public health and environment.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">In this pivotal role, you will set strategy, capture new work, and lead multi-disciplinary teams delivering programs aligned with ISO 55000 principles, AWWA utility management/AM standards, Institute of Asset Management (IAM), and US EPA best practices.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This individual will perform and manage asset management consulting services across a wide range of assets in the water and wastewater industry, leveraging a data-driven approach to planning and budgeting for rehabilitation and renewal of assets, as well as assist with strategic business development. driving scope, schedule, budget, and quality while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and subconsultants to deliver results clients trust.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Shape strategy, win work</strong>: Drive business development from pursuit strategy through proposal close; leading Northern California opportunities while contributing to regional and national efforts across the firm.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Define the technical roadmap</strong>: Set the technical direction for complex AM programs; credentials</strong>: BS in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial/Systems Engineering (or related field); PE license required</li><li><strong>Deep AM experience</strong>: 15+ years of experience, with proven success implementing risk, levels of service, and lifecycle frameworks that translate into prioritized capital and O&amp;M plans for water/wastewater utilities.</li><li><strong>Project &amp; client leadership</strong>: Demonstrated ability to manage complex consulting projects (scope, schedule, budget) and build trusted relationships with clients; including facilitating utility leadership teams spanning operations, engineering, and finance.</li><li><strong>Business development chops</strong>: Track record leading pursuits and proposals; from client positioning and teaming strategies to scope/fee development; across regional and national efforts.</li><li><strong>Technical &amp; analytical horsepower</strong>: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency with Microsoft 365 and data tools (Excel, Access); experience with Power BI, similar BI platforms or GIS is a strong plus.</li><li><strong>Communication &amp; collaboration</strong>: Exceptional communicator;
