Formally responsible for providing input for improvements. Makes decisions if product produced meets quality standards. No formal supervisory responsibility.</span></div><div><p><strong>Job Profile</strong></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Attendance and punctuality that meets PCI standards. Performs work in a manner that complies with the company’s safety policies, this includes housekeeping, organization, and PPE. Conducts themselves in a manner that falls in line with PCI’s core values.</span></p><p><strong>Essential Responsibilities  </strong></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Performs the required amount of work that will enable the team to meet the weekly productivity requirements. Uses the machinery in the department to produce any manufactured items as instructed. Ensures that all jobs are complete and accurate. This includes doors and drawer fronts, molding and ordered items. Assists other areas or departments as necessary.</span></p></div></div><div class=\"simpleHeader smallMarginBottom boldText\">Qualifications</div><div class=\"smallPaddingBottom\"><p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">To perform this job satisfactorily, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability, and environmental conditions required.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Also the ability to read and understand a tape measure.
