          "text": "<p><strong>What do we want to know about you? </strong></p><ul><li>Minimum High School Diploma or GED</li><li>This position requires accuracy and responsibility as many duties must be performed without close supervision.</li><li>Training and/or experience using Foundry hot metal Molds including Furnace(s) apparatus is preferred.</li><li>Minimum 3-6 months on the job training under close supervision.</li></ul><ul></ul><p><strong>What about the physical demands of the job?</strong></p><ul><li>&#xa0;Must be able to lift 50 pounds</li><li>&#xa0;Standing and sitting for extended periods</li><li>&#xa0;Hearing Protection, Safety Gloves and Steel Toed Boots</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p>You may also be asked to perform other duties outside of your function or trade, for which adequate training will be provided if necessary.</p>",
