the Associate Director, Content Operations, the Senior </span><span>Writer</span><span> strengthens stewardship practices by delivering thoughtful, data-informed reporting that deepens design</span></span></span><span><span> of compelling proposals and stewardship reports aligned with donor and fundholder priorities</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Manage the full proposal</span><span> </span><span>and report</span><span> </span><span>lifecycle, including briefing, content development, design execution, review cycles, and final delivery</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Research and t</span><span>ranslate complex program data and community impact stories into clear, persuasive narratives </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Partner with fundraising and planning teams style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Qualifications</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Minimum 3-5 years of experience in </span><span>proposal writing, grant writing, or fundraising communications</span><span>, or a </span><span>related</span><span> field</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with strong attention to clarity, tone, and impact</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Demonstr</span><span>ated </span><span>experience</span><span> w</span><span>orking with data and translating it into insights</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Proficiency</span><span> in tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design platforms is an asset</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Relevant post-secondary education in communications, journalism, non-profit management, public administration or marketing, or Union Level 6. </span>Salary range: $79,00-$89,000 annually, based on experience.  At UJA we support a flexible work schedule and all of our employees engage in hybrid work.
