      "value": "<br><strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong><br><br><ul><li><strong>Database Architecture</strong> <ul><li>Design and optimize relational and non-relational database schemas for new and existing applications. </li><li>Implement data storage solutions that maximize performance, scalability, and reliability. </li><li>Collaborate with developers to optimize storage, performance and data structures. </li><li>Oversee database security, backup, recovery, and maintenance strategies.</li></ul></li><li> <strong>Data Architecture</strong> <ul><li>Develop and maintain the organization’s enterprise data model and data flow architecture. </li><li>Aware of data quality, governance, and compliance across all systems. </li></ul></li><li> <strong>Collaboration & Strategy</strong> <ul><li>Work closely with developers, AI/ML engineers, data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to align data infrastructure with business needs. </li><li>Evaluate and recommend future database technologies, cloud solutions, and analytics platforms. </li><li>Establish best practices for data management, storage, and access across the organization. </li></ul></li></ul><br><br><strong>Mandatory Qualifications and Soft skills:</strong><br><br><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.</li><li><strong>5+ years of experience in database design, administration, or data architecture.</strong> </li><li>Strong expertise in <strong>SQL, NoSQL, and relational database</strong> management systems  </li><li>Knowledge of<strong> data governance, quality, and compliance frameworks</strong>. </li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. </li><li style=\"border:0px solid;margin:0px;\"><strong style=\"border:0px solid;margin:0px;font-weight:600;\">Fluency in English </strong>required (English is company language).</li><li>Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). </li><li>Familiarity with cluster/virtualization technologies as Docker containers and/or Kubernetes is a plus. </li><li>Ability to design end-to-end data solutions, from database schema to enterprise-wide data flow. </li><li>Experience in optimizing query performance and storage.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate ideas clearly.</li><li>Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.</li><li>Strong communication skills (ability to work with non-technical people and translate complicated technical challenges).</li></ul><br><strong>Nice to have:</strong><br><br><ul><li>Understanding of machine learning processes</li></ul><br>"
