We are currently&nbsp;seeking&nbsp;a&nbsp;Direct Action High Risk Training Instructor to join our team of professionals in support of the&nbsp;MARSOC Marine Raider Training Center (MRTC).&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Essential Duties &amp; Job Functions:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Conduct Special Operations Close Quarters Battle (CQB) training in support of approved training objectives.</li><li>Develop and execute safe, realistic schemes of maneuver for CQB and live-fire training evolutions.</li><li>Apply Deliberate and Time-Critical Risk Management principles during planning and execution of all training events.</li><li>Implement and adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) governing training and safety.</li><li>Conduct shoot house operations and live-fire range activities in accordance with approved safety standards.</li><li>Enforce Marine Corps Orders, range regulations, and unit SOPs related to range and weapons safety.</li><li>Serve as Range Safety Officer (RSO) and Laser Range Safety Officer (LRSO) during assigned training evolutions.</li><li>Deliver classroom instruction and practical range training using approved instructional methodologies.</li><li><span data-contrast=\"none\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW193921066 BCX0\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW193921066 BCX0\">Ensure CQB instruction reflects current, validated Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).</span></span></li><li><span data-contrast=\"none\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW193921066 BCX0\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW193921066 BCX0\">Participate in training rehearsals, dry runs, and after-action reviews as required.</span></span></li><li><span data-contrast=\"none\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW193921066 BCX0\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW193921066 BCX0\">Prepare basic training documentation, lesson materials, and reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</span></span></li><li><span data-contrast=\"none\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW193921066 BCX0\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW193921066 BCX0\">Safely operate with in shoot house environments and live-fire ranges while wearing required PPE.</span></span></li><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW193921066 BCX0\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW193921066 BCX0\">Performs related work as assigned.</span></span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations)&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Abilities &nbsp;</p><ul><li>Must be able to carry 50 lbs. and be able to wear organizational Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for extended durations of time through training days.&nbsp;</li><li>Must have the ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>Capable of being certified by MARSOC personnel on tactical vehicles used during course instruction and support.</li><li>Proficient in Deliberate and Time Critical Risk Management</li><li>Proficient in developing and implementing safe and realistic schemes of maneuver in support of training objectives.</li><li>Proficient in developing and implementing Standard Operations Procedures</li><li>Proficient in Shoot House Safety techniques</li><li>Proficient in applying Marine Corps Orders and Unit SOPs as relates to Range Safety.</li><li>Proficient class and range instruction methods</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Experience&nbsp;</p><ul><li><span data-contrast=\"none\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW193921066 BCX0\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW193921066 BCX0\">At least eight (8) years of military experience with a&nbsp;</span><span class=\"NormalTextRun ContextualSpellingAndGrammarErrorV2Themed SCXW193921066 BCX0\">minimum&nbsp;</span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW193921066 BCX0\">five (5) years of Special Operations and/or USMC Force Recon Organization experience.</span></span></li><li><span data-contrast=\"none\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW193921066 BCX0\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW193921066 BCX0\">Must be proficient with the current (within the past 3 years) CQB Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs);must have Instructor experience at a Special Operations CQB Course.&nbsp;</span></span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Required&nbsp;Education and&nbsp;Certifications&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Must be capable of passing the current MARSOC weapons qualifications.</li><li>Certified as a Range Safety Officer &amp;
