WithersRavenel is where you belong. </p><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, data analytics, engineering, or a related field</li><li>7+ years of experience in asset management, facility operations, project management, data analysis, or a related field </li><li>Strong leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills with the ability to balance competing priorities</li><li>Familiarity with asset lifecycle management, regulatory requirements, and industry standards</li><li>Knowledge of contracts, budgeting, forecasting</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills</li><li>Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships</li><li>Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team </li><li>Licensed Professional Engineer (a plus, but not required)</li><li>IAM Certification (a plus, but not required) </li><li>Experience in water/wastewater infrastructure (a plus, but not required) </li><li>Knowledge of facility operations, lifecycle management, capital planning, GIS mapping, or hydraulic modeling (a plus, but not required) </li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Working Conditions</strong></p><p>The assignment may require infrequent evening/weekend work and job site visits outdoors.
