    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>The Assembly Operator is responsible for assembling a wide variety of gear boxes. These gear boxes are assembled using high quality components and following engineering designs. This position reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Principle Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Perform efficiently all operations necessary to assemble, test and ship speed reducers</li><li>Comply with all ISO 9001 assembly quality procedures</li><li>Read and interpret assembly routers and drawings&nbsp;</li><li>Able to place component parts into storage system</li><li>Able to produce quality work and exercise judgment on quality acceptability</li><li>Capable of performing at rates set by pre-determined time standards</li><li>Able to perform in a team environment</li><li>Required following all safety rules, use of proper PPE, and report any safety concerns</li></ul><p><strong>Experience and Education Required</strong></p><ul><li>High school education or equivalent.</li><li>Ability to effectively use basic hand tools.</li><li>Ability to follow both verbal and written communication.&nbsp;</li><li>Forklift Certified.</li><li>Microsoft D365 Knowledge preferred.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Able to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 25 lbs continuously and 50 lbs occasionally.</li><li>Requires standing continuously and walking occasionally throughout the day up to ten hours.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>HBD Industries is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
